Hospital-at-home programs in Texas

Hospitals approved under the CMS Acute Hospital Care at Home initiative, which runs through September 30, 2030.

Informational listing. Not a paid referral or ranked placement.
Nobody paid to be on this page and nobody can. These providers are listed in alphabetical order, pulled straight from the federal record, and we are not paid by any of them for sending you their way.

This list is empty right now, and here is exactly why

Zero rows seeded on purpose. The AHCAH waiver runs through September 30, 2030, but CMS publishes the current approved-hospital list only through the QualityNet portal, which serves no machine-readable file. The only downloadable list is dated 4/5/2021 and was superseded on 4/9/2021. Stale data is not shipped as current.

The honest version: we could have filled this page with the 2021 list. It names real hospitals, and most people would never check the date. We did not, because a five-year-old list of which hospitals run a hospital-at-home program is not a fact about today, and a family making a decision off it would be making it off something untrue.

Ask a real question about hospital at home in Texas

A person answers. We are not paid to send you to any provider in this category, so there is nothing being sold on the other end of this.

Your name, email, and phone are the only things stored, and they are used to answer you. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with a provider unless you ask us to introduce you.

Where this data comes from

CMS Acute Hospital Care at Home. Every record on this page carries its own source and the date it was retrieved. A provider’s certification status is the federal government’s attestation about them, not a rating or a judgment made here.
