Texas Senior Care Directory / Listing costs

It costs nothing to be listed here, and it always will.

If you came here to find out what a listing costs, or to buy a better position: there is nothing to buy. All 4,909 providers are listed free, in alphabetical order, whether they have ever heard of us or not.

This page used to sell sponsored placement. It does not any more.
Three quarterly sponsorship tiers were priced here in September 2026 and were never sold to anyone. The directory is now free end to end, on purpose, so that nothing a family reads on it has been paid for.

What an operator can actually do here

Claim your listing, free

Confirm you are the operator, and your page can carry your own contact details instead of only what the January 2026 state export says.

Correct something wrong

If the capacity, license type, or memory care flag is wrong, tell us. Most of the time the fix belongs at HHSC, and we will point you at the right one rather than quietly changing our copy so the two disagree.

Nothing else, and that is the point

No featured slot, no boosted position, no pay-to-be-recommended. An operator who cannot buy an advantage here also cannot be undercut by a competitor who did.

Questions operators actually ask

How much does it cost to be listed on the Texas Senior Care Directory?

Nothing. Every licensed provider in Texas is listed free, whether they ever contact us or not. There is no paid tier and no sponsored placement.

Can I pay to rank higher in the directory?

No, and not because the price is too high. There is no ranking to buy a position in: results within a category are ordered alphabetically, which is the only ordering that cannot be sold. For home health, hospice, and hospital-at-home providers, charging for placement would also be a criminal offense under Texas Occupations Code section 102.001.

Then how does the directory make money?

It does not. The only paid service in this network is a placement service for families at https://seniorliving.expert/expert/placement, paid by the family and never by a provider. A directory that earns nothing from who is listed has no reason to tell a family anything except what the record says.

How do I correct wrong information about my facility?

Claim your listing at https://texasseniorcare.directory/directory/claim. A human checks the claim against the HHSC license record before anything changes. The underlying licensing data comes from the state, so a correction there has to happen at HHSC too, and we will tell you exactly which one you need.

Ask about your listing

There is nothing being sold on the other end of this. If you are asking what it costs, the answer is nothing, and a person will still answer anything else you ask.

Your name, email, and phone are the only things stored, and they are used to answer you. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with a provider unless you ask us to introduce you.
